L’ordigno rotante che trema sotto i piedi arriva alle porte di Fabbrico (Fàvregh nel dialetto locale, Favrich' in dialetto reggiano). Fabbrico è nella Motor Valley emiliana ma quello che portiamo alla luce ha fatto presto a conquistare la Romagna (dove i suoi discendenti tuttora rombano). È un trattore Landini “Testa Calda” (Since 1925). Risvegliarlo è poesia. E anche musica! Ci sono chitarre, un mandolino, battiti di mano. Quaranta Cavalli bastano per ballare? Ci sono falò accesi che disegnano spiagge californiane ma… sono ombre. Una eclisse che va subito via, come lo scherzo di una nebbia padana. Dove c’era la sabbia ora c’è la brina, odore di fieno. Natura, cultura. La terra ancora fuma. Siamo tutti zolle in un mondo azotato, dissodati e ipnotizzati da un Testa Calda.

The rotating device that trembles underfoot arrives at the gates of Fabbrico (Fàvregh in the local dialect, Favrich' in the Reggio dialect). Fabbrico is in the Emilian Motor Valley but what we bring to light quickly conquered Romagna (where its descendants still roar). He is a Landini “Testa Calda” tractor (Since 19259. Reawakening it is poetry. And music too! There are guitars, a mandolin, hand claps. Are forty horses enough to dance? There are lit bonfires that outline Californian beaches but... they are shadows. An eclipse that goes away immediately, like the joke of a Po Valley fog. Where there was sand now there is frost, the smell of hay. Nature, culture. The earth still smokes. We are all clods in a nitrogenous world, tilled and hypnotized by a Testa Calda.
